Chair or mat yoga workshops for your employees

Having worked in a busy desk job as a commercial lawyer, I have good insight into the physical and emotional stresses and strains of office work. I have also worked in mental health in the NHS and completed my MSc dissertation on mindfulness in the NHS so I understand the pressures faced by those working in healthcare.

Extensive research has shown yoga can help tackle stress, depression, and anxiety, improve wellbeing, and reduce back pain. I would be delighted to run yoga workshops (in person or online) for your employees. Using yoga to address the common health conditions mentioned above could reduce sick days and help employees to shift their mindsets to better manage stress. Personally, I found that a bit of yoga and mindfulness on my lunch breaks greatly improved my wellbeing at work. 

I would also be happy to run yoga classes as a workshop, or as a wellbeing activity on one of your team away days. Whilst I am based in the Bedfordshire area, I am happy to travel to run classes or workshops, or to run them online. Please do contact me (Keeley) to discuss your business needs.
